Chapter 183: Stripped Bare (NSFW)

Davi was startled to feel Vice's lips against his own. He wondered if it would ever stop feeling familiar. As if they were still kissing each other every day. He returned the kiss without even thinking about it. 

It was a bad idea, not any better than kissing Ivo or sleeping with him, but just like those times, Davi couldn't stop himself. 

It was a weakness born of relief, he had no illusions about it. If he closed his eyes he would still see Ivo bleeding against his chest, the ruin of his left eye gazing emptily at nothing. The terror of not knowing how big the damage was. If he was ever going to recover from it.

Now that he was stable, and Thiago assured him he was going to make a full recovery, Davi felt like he could finally take a breath. 

He was happy to share that breath with Vice, who he knew felt as much relief as he did.
