Chapter 74: Everything is a performance

They had about six days before they were due on the D'Amico household, and Yunmi insisted they spent all of them preparing.

The next day's afternoon found them all sprawled on the sofa and the floor, facing the workstation while Yunmi went over details with them.

"This isn't going to be easy. Your covers are water-tight, but you can't slip even once in the presence of those people. And don't forget there will be more staff around." Yunmi's voice sounded urgent, maybe even frantic.

Alina picked up on it. "Is there something worrying you about this gig in particular, babydoll?"

Yunmi disembodied voice grumbled in frustration, at the same time that all the screens on the workstation flickered to show them different photos and reels of Guilherme D'Amico.
