Chapter 11: Chapter 11: Nen abilities
After almost a week of training on the basic and advanced techniques i went on to explain the different subcategories of nen such as counteractive type, parasitic nen, exorcism nen, curse nen etc. I also explained the risk of nen along with vows & limitations. There are also certain conditions to be met to increase their nen power. Activation requirements needed to clear to use certain nen abilities, mostly manipulators and specialist needs to meet these conditions to activate their nen abilities.
There are also other conditions and loopholes used by nen users to bypass their certain vows, limitations , risks and conditions. The requirement is to be smart enough to use them to your advantage so as to maximize the ability with less risk. It does not appear to be possible to break a condition; however, there are Nen users who create additional abilities to bypass certain restrictions of themselves so as to be capable of circumventing them under very specific circumstances.
Baise asked me for an example and i replied" You know this glove of devouring souls that is able to devour a nen individual and obtain their nen abilities. There are certain conditions and limitation i placed while grazing a nen user to acquire their nen abilities. Previously i put up conditions that i can only graze 1 nen ability and i must see that particular nen ability in action. Before i graze the nen user's soul i use beforehand mentor of deceit soul and bend the rules from 1 to all nen ability and removed the condition witnessed the nen ability in person and 1 hour within death time is changed to 24 hours" .
Kastro was learning about my power for the first time and he was extremely shocked by the conversation i had with Baise. He was horrified and stunned that such nen power can exist in this world. Kastro then and there realized he must be standing next to one of the most powerful nen user in the world. Kastro thought the Hunter president Mr Netero is the strongest hunter in the world. Now this man who calls himself Mr John with a mask is able to wield such horrifying nen is someone not to mess with nor make an enemy of such a person.
I also mentioned to them that i am trying to come up with a counteractive nen type and the inspiration for that is none other than prince Camilla of Kakin empire. Kastro also went ahead in developing his nen ability and he developed his first nen ability called Tiger Bite Fist. The inspiration came for him from one of his first journeys after learning about nen through a forest. He met with a large tiger and both of them fought till he killed the tiger. Kastro was injured heavily due to the tigers claws. He demonstrated his first nen ability to me and Biase to get an opinion or feedback regarding his nen ability.
Tiger Bite Fist ( Enhancement) : -Kastro enhances the strength of his hands, places them imitating the claws and fangs of a tiger and attacks the enemy with incredible strength. This attack is so strong that it is able to mutilate the enemy effortlessly.
I remember Wing-san mentioned in the manga that if Kastro had continued developing and mastering this nen ability alone he would have become one of the top nen users. In the manga Kastro tries to develop body double using conjuration and manipulation which are weaker categories considering he is an ehancement. He should rather go in the line of transmutation and Emission. I should guide him in developing his nen abilities in the this right way rather than wasting time and talent on other categories.
