Magic stone was the source of the magicians' power. With magic power, the magicians could make the impossible become possible. The examples were the teleportation, formed a soundproof magical barrier as Mr. 1 had done, and made various kinds of potions like my Mrs. 5 did. 

There were potions to strengthen stamina and transformed into monsters to increase the strength of the troops. There were also people who increased the size of their bodies to become giants or transformed into animals and all kinds of things.
