Chapter 47: A call home

The day for Ji-hoon's surgery approached very fast. The new guy before the surgery, he had cried and cried, fearing what might happen after his surgery. 

"Your surgery is tonight sweetheart." Seo-yeon pecked his cheeks as she served him breakfast. The boy looked down and scared, his hands were trembling violently which only made Seo-yeon sigh. "Look here Ji-hoon. You don't have to be scared about it. I have faith in you and I'm sure you will come out fine after your surgery, so no need to be afraid okay? "

"Yes…yes momma." He sniffed as she hugged him and started to feed him. After feeding him a few spoons, her phone started to ring. 

"Here, feed yourself." Seo-yeon handed the spoon to him before picking her phone. "Yes Ma-ri?"
