Wendy was too afraid. She had thought that it would be easy to collect the ingredients if she got the money but who would have thought that she would be surrounded by all kinds of criminals.

She looked around with vigilant eyes but it was not enough. Even if she knew who could harm her, she would not be able to save herself from that person.

She felt helpless thinking about it. It was all because of Renee. If she had not forced her to the cliff, she would not have gone this far.

If only her necklace would have been working, she would have lived her life by it.

"I am not alone and I have work. So, let me go, you filthy woman. When was the last time you washed your hands?" she scowled at the woman as she jerked her hands away.

She took the benefit of her stunned look and ran away from there but the ominous eyes of the strangers kept following her.
