''I want to mate with these dryads,'' Jake said, lifting his hands. His expression implied that they should accept immediately while there was still a chance.

This caught the elder druid off guard. Who could have imagined such a demand though? Edgar didn't for sure. His first reaction to this was anger, but his title as The Wise Old calmed him.
