Chapter 73: Guilt

"Are you surprised?" Dionne smiled before looking up at the security man. She didn't want to waste his time.

"Yeah...it's been so long. How have you been?" Mr. Mask voice was ecstatic but Dionne could tell something was wrong. She didn't probe though. Knowing the kind of Mr. Mask is, he wouldn't like to talk about his issues.

"I'm... living," Dionne sighed, "anyway, I'm lost in a mall and I borrowed a phone from someone. Sad thing is I don't have Lucas' number, what do I do?" Dionne whined. It felt like ages since she did that– whined like a kid. She didn't realize how much she missed Mr. mask until this call.

"Wait...what are you doing in a mall? Did your so called master allow you to shop for clothes?" Mr. Mask chuckled.
