"We are willing to give the Scarlet King a copy of the Void Weaver Art as long as he doesn't share it with others without our consent. As for the Cosmic Tyrant Framework, we are willing to lend it for a period of ten years."

Amalia couldn't help but frown as she heard the last part. The Cosmic Tyrant Framework was an incredibly complicated art, and ten years might not be enough to grasp its most basic principles.
