“Age is never a worry to your beauty, Val.”

“Sadly, you only have age and no beauty.”

This is not their fault. It is mine. I have no brain and whatever I have is not working right. Otherwise why the hell would I agree to this arrangement?

“You are quite, Val; whatever happened to the talkative monster.” Demetri amused himself with his own commentary and I played along giving him a playful grin which I’m not at all in a mood for.

This morning, Demetri dumped himself to Bianchi house to take his so called fiancée on a lunch date. Seemingly, he was quite busy with new cases recently and has been itching to spend time with me so much.

So he came unannounced to take me on a lunch date. Fortunately, Arran took Agustin to meet Luci just before Demetri arrived.
