Chapter 55: CHAPTER 55 Meeting

　　After meeting Zacharia Ashbreed, the egotistical bastard, I was exhausted. We had fought a great battle, and I was yet to address my council. I asked Desiree to go about her business while Kyle and I gathered everyone to speak. They were all occupied, but we needed to meet. Meanwhile, I ordered the release of the witches, and they were to be escorted out of the country. The former Beta was asked to oversee the task, which he was delighted to do. My father's council were not old, most of them were yet to turn fifty. It is just that it was a tradition that you hand over to your successor once your successor is twenty-one.

　　Kyle and I headed towards the conference hall where the remaining council members were. We were four altogether.
