Chapter 330: A New Enemy

"And it's…" I asked, bargaining for the answer. Fulton swallowed loudly again. "Blood." 

Silence followed the room, as confusion accompanied silence to create awkwardness. "Blood. No sort of clarification on what 'blood' is, or what she does with that?"

"Well, she can do anything with blood, based on what she's saying," Fulton illustrated, chuckling. "She can kill people by creating infections or injuries that directly affect or come from blood. Poisoning blood, or blood clots, or exploding arteries."

Horror was written all over my face, as I glanced at Greg, whose mouth was agape. Fulton nodded with a heavy sigh that even exposed fear itself. "But, there's even something else she can do that uses lots of energy."

"What?" we both asked immediately.
