Chapter 165: My universe
"Keep what?"
"The drugs of course."
"I threw them away longtime ago." Why should he still keep them when he has gotten his total healing?
"Why? The signs are reflecting again."
Without wasting any time, Sebastian quickly took out his phone and dialed a special number he customize as 'My Universe'
The phone ring for several times and he kept trying over and over and over and over again until it said not reachable at the moment.
"Damnit!" He tossed the phone aside. Ryan was quick-witted to grab it in the air if not, maybe it would have been broken to pieces by now.
That was his business phone, he didn't notice. He gelled his hair backwards with his hands and roared in frustration, "Arrghh! Am dead."
"Sebastian, calm down and stop this aberration now." Ryan calmly stated.
"I am long gone, Ryan, she's going to leave me for life." Tears gathered in his eyes as he fell on the couch again. "There's no possible way she hasn't watched the video yet. If she haven't then what about her family and her father who is not fond of me?"
Ryan felt compassion for him. His heart hurt and he sat beside him with his hand on his shoulder to comfort him as a brother. "There are chances she has no idea about this."
"She ignored my calls, Ryan. I gave her twenty missed calls, you were right here and can bear me witness, am I right? Why didn't she answer if she has no idea about the rumor?" He inquired with bloodshot eyes. His spirit has left his body in fear of losing her.
Ryan was speechless and confused. Even him don't what to do to help his cousin. Sebastian is right. There's no reason why Jin-joo will ignore his calls if not for the fake video.
Keeping quiet for a while, Ryan quickly phoned someone.
"Hey, how's it going over there?" Dong-Hyun smiled.
"Horrible, dude."
He scrunched his brows, "Is everything fine? Where is Sebastian and Aunt?"
For a while, Ryan raised his brows in astonishment. Seems like jin-joo's brother is absent minded of the whole drastic things going on. "Aunt is fine and Sebastian is in a hot seat right now." He scoffed.
"Is he with you? Hand him the phone, I do love to help too."
"Like I haven't tried?" Ryan chuckled. He felt relieved. New York Time was actually right when they said that the video was only forwarded to two three persons and not globally.
Which means someone not far from Sebastian did this to actually ruin his reputation and relationship with Jin.
"What condition is he right now?"
"Like I said before, horrible. He needs to talk with Jin urgently, is she there with you?" Ryan sighed.
"Yes yes, hang on a second." Handing the phone to her, he whispered 'Its Ryan.'
"Hey Hi Ryan!" She exclaimed.
"Hi Jin, how–"
Cutting him off, Sebastian snatched the phone immediately he heard her name, "My love, where are you? How are you? Tell me something sweetheart, I've been calling you and you didn't answer, why? Are you pissed with me? Did I do something wrong to hurt you?"
"Honey, chill, too many questions at a time. How do I answer them all?" She chuckled while tuckling a strand of hair behind her ear.
"Well, am fine. Too bad I left my phone at the mansion. Doc, had to take me and his fiancee out for lunch." She grinned.
Sebastian took a deep breath of relief, "Whew, that's a relief. You scared me."
"Sorry my love." Pausing for a while, she remarked, "There's something I'll like to discuss with you but that's gonna be later in the day, if you'll be free after work."
"When it comes to you, am always free any day any time." His voice was seductive enough to make her blush.
"Honey?"
"Yes my love?"
She wanted to tell him about the video but shrug it off after she recalled what her mother told her about keeping the joy going. "It's....nothing," She smiled. Whether he's aware or not, she's no longer interested in that fables.
