Dong-Hyun's office
Stepping in, she sneakingly hid her blue wrist behind her back and made her way towards his desk.
But unfortunately he wasn't present. Chung-Cha took a deep breath of relief. 'Thank goodness he isn't here.' She placed the files on the desk and made her way towards the door.
"Ouch!" She winced when she hit her nose on something hard like a human chest.
Holding her shoulders, he panickly inquired, "Oh my, are you alright? Are you hurt?"
Rubbing her nose, she vigorously nodded, "Yes doctor, I'm fine." How could she possibly be alright, her wrist still hurts and now her nose too.
"No you don't seem alright, I'll get an iceberg for you."
Grabbing his arm, she stopped him, "Please don't, am sincerely alright."
"Okay if–" He stopped midway when his eyes flicked on her blue wrist.
When Chung-Cha followed his gaze, she noticed that he was busy staring at her wrist. Without saying anything, she hid it behind her back and decide to leave.
Grabbing her hand, he cursed himself, "I did this, right? Chung-Cha tell me I did this. Why didn't you tell me about this? Am such a big fool, I shouldn't have held you that long."
"Doctor it alright please stop blaming yourself over my issues."
"No Chung-Cha, its my issues and foolishness, I caused this sore wrist on you. I'm such an idiotic element–"
"I told you it alright, am fine trust me."
"Now you stop talking and listen to me." Guiding her towards the couch, he instructed, "Sit here and don't make a move, I'll get the aid kit."
"Doc–"
Cutting her off, he pleaded with his hands clasped together, "Please Chung-Cha let me take care of this. I'm seriously sorry I hurt you, please forgive me, I was just being stupid, please am sorry."
Chung-Cha couldn't help but had sympathy on him. From the look in his eyes, she could tell that he was candidly sorry. His expressions was full of panic and care. He was totally different from the way he acted towards her yesterday and perhaps this morning as well.
After few seconds he dashed in with the kit. Kneeling down in front of her, he started applying the ointment.
"Ouch!"
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, just relax, okay?"
"Ouch!" Jerking his hands away, she snapped, "It hurts."
"Yes I know it hurts but please give me time to complete the treatment or else it might result to something else." Without waiting for her to say anything, he continued applying the ointment.
.....
After he had finished with the treatment, he held her hands in hers and gaze into her eyes while he was still on his knees. "Chung-Cha I'm sorry for this, but you should have told me about it rather than keeping it within yourself."
"I'm sorry doctor but I had to do it, I mean I don't want to pressure you with little issues like this." She sighed.
"Little issues? Chung-Cha–I mean Ms. Jong this was caused out of my stupidity. Why shouldn't I care? I made the mistake and caused you the pain." Looking at her wrist which was now wrapped up with a white bandage, he sighed, "Please forgive me."
"Come on doctor, I'm fine now, you don't have to worry over it, okay?" Standing up, she excused herself, "I'll get back to my duty post." Before he could say anything, she had already left.
Running his hands through his face, he took a deep breath and constantly stare at a particular spot for quite some time before making his way towards his desk.

Grayson's place
"How could you stoop so low to the extent of putting out a fight with Petra, how could you?"
Crossing her arms, Lorena was about to snap at him when Liam interfered. "Dad please stay out of this, what's your problem?"
Widening his eyes in shock, Grayson inquired, "You're asking me what's my problem? Liam have you forgotten that am still your biological father?"
"Of course I do know about that, but that doesn't give you the right to speak to my mom in such a manner."
"Ah, I get it, you're measuring heights with me, isn't it?" Looking at Lorena, he yelled, "Your son is talking back at me and you ain't saying anything about it?"
"Grayson please, I beg you with everything good, please leave Liam outta this. He is not the reason why Petra pounce on me, okay?" She retorted.
"Now you listen to me Lorena, the Petra I know can never hurt a fly."
"Oh really?" She gasped.
"Yes, she can never–"
