Chapter 5: Stupid pervert

Grayson's place

"How is work going with you and Sebastian?"

"Its fine," Liam remarked without taking his eyes off his phone.

Lorena contemplated from his concentration, "Hmm, is my handsome son carried away by those beautiful ladies?"

A sly smile flicked on his face, and he proudly nodded, "Of course mom, how do you manage to know about that?"

"Let's just say it because am your mother." She praised herself.

"Aren't you gonna get jealous when I start leaving far away with a new family of my own?" He cheekily inquired.

"No, why would I be? You ain't gonna leave with your father and I forever."

Keeping quiet for a long time, he placed his phone on the table and clasped his hands, "I know about that but I want to rock some hot chicks first."

When he winked at her, Lorena flicked his forehead, "No playing around Mr Flynn, you have to bring forth the new generations of this family."

"Yup, I know." Fidgeting with his car key, he sighed, "Am so happy for the peace our family has found."

"My dearest son, I should be the most grateful person here, because ever since Petra and her kids left this mansion, we've obtain peace and harmony." She gasped.

"It doesn't seem like Sebastian is feeling concern about it. I mean you need to see his face at the office every single day, he looks so sharp and handsome even more." Shrugging his shoulders, "I guess Aunty Petra is loading him with steady hopes."

Lorena Burst into laughter to the extent tears started dripping out of her eyes, "Hopes indeed, I think those are just some kinda weak hopes which fades away by the day."

"Whatever, just because he is my boss doesn't mean he's better than me or above me." He smirk with the proudest look on his face.

"Liam darling, no other man born of a woman is way better than you. You're the most gifted human creature ever." She beamed.

Proudly lifting his brows, he grinned. Liam likes it whenever his mother salute him with praises, it makes him feel like the most greatest man alive.

Seoul, South Korea

Hospital

Rubbing Bong-Cha's arm with the back of her hand, "Its two years now since you started sleeping. Why don't you wake up and talk to me? At least open those enchanting eyes for once."

"Jin-joo, its alright, as I earlier said, she'll be fine."

"No Dong," She vigorously shook her head and burst into tears, "Stop telling me that. Am tired of hearing it. For how long is she going to continue sleeping, tell me."

Before he could say anything, added, still in tears, "If there should be anyone whom is to be considerate, then it should be you. You are the doctor here, so do something about it."

Dong-Hyun knew he can't help his sister's mood swings, especially on this moment.

He took a deep breath and defended, "Of course I am considerate. Everything that has to do with mom's recovery is on my neck and I won't jerk it away."

"This is my hospital, perhaps, there are more than ten medical doctors whom work under me as well. We all are trying our possible best to do what we can." Walking towards her, he tilts her face towards him and wiped her tears, "She's my biological mother as well, why will I sit back and watch my mother die."

Holding his hands which where on her wet cheeks, she sniffed her nose, "I know, brother." Staring at Bong-Cha, "She means a lot to me, ever since the day she got attacked, I've never been happy."

"Neither was I. Jin, believe me, trust me, have faith in me and in mom too. I know that definitely very soon, mom will be revived again."

"Of course I'd believe in you, I know you'll bring her back to the real world she use to be."

Giving her a sweet smile, "Now that's what my Jin-joo Kim should always say 'Positive' Come on and give me a cute smile."

Jin-joo gave a slight smile and hugged him firmly.

On a reinsert, Dong-Hyun has the legit idea of the culprit's family but the thing is that he doesn't know who is the actual culprit amongst them. He don't want to accuse innocent people who knew nothing about another man's sin. If he goes to court and sue the family, then where is the proof to reinforce the evidence?

The only person whom could boldly point out the suspect on this lawsuit, is no other person than his mother. Only if Bong-Cha could revive from this half dead state, then she could identify her garroter.

"So tell me, ain't you getting tired of putting on bigger and baggy clothes?" Pulling away, he chuckled and played with the hem of her baggy sleeve, "You look kinda cute in it, I love it."

Jerking his hand off, she frowned, "Go away and stop teasing me."

"Teasing you? Why will I tease my one and only empress. The only empress in the Kim family."

Sitting on the bedside, she ran her fingers through Bong-Cha's brunette hair, "Yeah, whatever, its my personality and I love it."

"Hmm, but too much of it is not good." Tuckling his hands into the coat's pockets, "You have millions of fans and majority of them might start addressing you as a boy in a girl form."

When she gave him a grumpy glare, he shrugged his shoulders, "Of course you know. Yesterday you put on one of my favorite hoody, you look little in it, as if that wasn't enough, you put on one of my jeans as well. Which made you look like the 50s."

"Okay fine, go on and laugh at me, it doesn't even matter." She rolled her eyes. Pausing for a while, she informed, "Chung-Cha's flight is tonight, would you mind helping me to bring her home?"

"What home?" He frowned. Why the heck is his sister asking him to bring back that woman, after abandoning her for decades.

"Our home of course, or do you want her to spend a lot on hotel bills?" When he rolled his eyes and tried to walk away, she dashed to his front, "Doctor Dong-Hyun please for goodness sake, she is your longtime friend and–"

"Does she know about that? Like she care." He scoffed and placed his hands on his, "Jin, I understand your compassion for her but not me. We've been friends for years, we shared things together in common but she never find–forget about it anyway."

Placing her hand on his shoulder, she tried to defend for Chung-Cha, "Dong, I understand how you feel after the speration. For four years now, I've been taking observation of your behavior. You don't look happy."

"Why will I be happy when my missing puzzle is wondering around somewhere else." He frowned.

Jin-joo smiled when she noticed the compassion and commiseration in his eyes. "I know you're falling in love with her."

Scrunching his brows, he tried to deny his feelings, "What? In love with who? Oh please don't say that next time, she's just a close friend of mine, we aren't in a relationship or rather having an affair." Pausing for a while, he inquired, "Hang on a sec, what do you know about being in love or having emotional arousal?"

"Well–"

"Is not like you've been in love or fallen in love before, so how did all of these came about?"

Jin-joo kept quiet for a long time but when he raised his brows, she hesitated, "Fine, you of all persons should know that I don't have the syndrome of eroticism inside of me."

"Neither do you have a crush either." He scoffed, "But thousands of guys out there are crushing on you." He cock his head to one side and whispered, "You can give a try, there's no harm in trying."

Jin-joo rolled her eyes, how could his brother be a stupid pervert? First he tried to cover up his feelings towards Chung-Cha and now he's lecturing her on romantic relationship, how awkward.

Crossing her arms, she constantly gave him an annoying glare.
