Yang Ning was surprised when Zheng Liang suddenly closed the distance between the two and placed a finger on her lips to prevent her from speaking.
She pursed her lips and blinked her large eyes in confusion. This way, she could see his face from proximity and was surprised that he doesn't even have dark circles under his eyes or blackheads on his nose.
How come he has such perfect skin? HOWW?? Is he a vampire or what? She wondered while screaming inwardly.
She looked at Zheng Liang with her sparkling eyes and waited for him to remove his finger from her lips and explain the meaning behind his actions.
Zheng Liang, who was also surprised by his sudden reflex, got embarrassed by the way Yang Ning was staring at him and removed his finger from her lips immediately, upon remembering that incident when he saved her from drowning the other day.
He stole a glance at her rose-tinted lips and could feel his lips getting dry.
