Chapter 37: Ch 52: Caught In The Act [R-18]
The morning couldn't come any faster. I hurried up and was dressed in a pair of bootcut blue jeans and a black tank top. I was more than ready to leave when Kai came into the room. He gave a faint smile and then came my way.
"My father told the sheriff about what you have seen happen to your friend in your vision. I was told it will be looked into." Kai gently shared with me and this time he showed care from behind those shades. By how his lips appeared to be sincere.
"Thank you, Kai."
Kai kinda nodded to my gratitude but then he asked. "Are you sure you don't wanna eat before you leave?"
"I'll eat with Orlando," I confirmed. "You don't have to worry about that. But I do need my things like my cellphone, laptop, my bank account unfroze, and my other identification documents that you have. Along with my other belongings like my car."
"I'll get that stuff back to you later," Kai commenced. "I don't have any of that stuff here because I put it elsewhere. But I do promise you'll get everything that belongs to you. It's just going to take me some time to file the paperwork for your other information."
I nodded, "I'll take your word for it Kai but I do need to contact Orlando so he knows I am coming."
Kai gave me a graceful smile. "I've already taken care of it. He is waiting for you at the dorm. Rome and I will only drop you off. Then I wish you the best."
All I could do was smile and then I followed Kai out. We meet Rome in the front driveway, waiting for us in his sports car. Once we got in, he took off down the road but it was weird. Neither Rome nor Kai said anything as he drove. For once Rome was even driving at a normal speed which was also strange. But before I knew it we were parking at the campus. Rome didn't park at the front but more towards the back. But the men's dorm building was only straight up ahead.
Kai got out of the car and let me out. "Good luck," he said with a frown hiding behind those shades but I could hear it in his tone. In the driver's seat, Rome didn't even look at me. He was acting like he was too busy on his phone. Honestly, I wasn't sure why Rome was seeming to give me the cold shoulder. Not even Kai was being this cold with me.
Like I've learned to do, I ignored Rome and hugged Kai. "Thank you for letting me go," Kai's arms were reluctant to hug me back. So I released him as he hid any form of emotions.
"Once you walk into the building Rome and I are taking off," Kai coldly told me.
I could only nod and held back my tears from how he was getting so icy. But I guess I couldn't blame him since maybe somewhere beneath himself, he did have feelings for me. Perhaps, him letting me go is his way to show me he loved me in a weird possessive type of way.
Rather than carry this out any longer, I walked away and went toward the room. The second I entered I turned and saw Rome pulled out of the parking spot. Just like that, they left out of sight. Everything Kai had put me through had been an emotional rollercoaster. Now just like that, he let me go.
So now I moved on and went up to the next floor. I found their door and knocked on it a few times. Until it opened and I saw Alejandro standing here with a surprised expression.
"Victoria?" Alejandro said, shocked. "You escaped again?"
"Again?" I was baffled. "Kai said he called Orlando and told him he was letting me be with him."
Alejandro was speechless which I was just as bewildered by this but I pushed through saying. "Let me talk to Orlando, maybe he hasn't had a chance to tell you."
But Alejandro blocked me with his forearm and said. "Ah, he's in the shower. Why don't we take a walk to the campus cafeteria for breakfast and catch up?"
Something suspicious was going on. "Okay," I said smiling but the second he removed his arm. I ducked down low and pulled a spinning ninja move on him. I spun myself around his body before he had a chance to stop me.
"Victoria, wait!" Alejandro shouts as I bolt down the hallway. Without even knocking, I quietly opened Orlando's bedroom door.
"Ahhh...Ohh, baby... Ahhh..."
My heart fell to see this naked blonde underneath Orlando's naked body, from under the covers laying sideways on the bed. He thrust her hardcore, the bed rocked and their bodies were slapped loudly together. He grunts hoarsely before kissing her lips. They were covered in sweat and their feet hung off the bed, from hanging out of the sheet that stuck to Orlando's sweaty lower back. His sweaty back was covered in red fingernail markings.
"Ohh, yes, Orlando!" She moaned loudly.
They didn't realize I was standing here. I was appalled to see a pile of seven used condoms on the floor. Even their clothing was scattered all over his bedroom. Her high-heels were thrown in opposite directions and her sexy tight white dress looked like it was torn.
"Well, at least I know you've been careful not to get anyone pregnant!" I said unruly enough for Orlando to look up, shocked to see me.
"Vic...toria." He stammered out of breath. As the woman underneath him twisted her head back to look at me. Her pants were too heavy to even say anything.
"B-b... aby..." Orlando rambled out of breath till he regained it. "I-l swear it's not what you think."
"Are you for real! You are caught in the act of having sex with another woman and you seriously just said that it's not what I think! Honestly, I'll tell you what I think, Orlando! I think it's officially over between us." I said with all my might not to cry.
"Babe, no please give me a chance," Orlando implored in despondency.
But I was appalled by him and harshly contended. "There is nothing to explain here! It's obvious you've been sleeping with her all night!"
"Victoria!" Orlando hollered as I walked down the hall till Alejandro stopped me.
"Victoria, let's just talk," Alejandro said as I heard Orlando hustling to get dressed from inside his bedroom.
But I didn't say anything and pushed past him. Then I run the remaining way, leaving the room. In a dash, I was out of the dorm. Since I knew Rome's car wasn't around. I ran down the sidewalk and went into the lady's dorm and up the stairs. But I was stopped by this caution tape and do not enter covering my door.
