With the announcement, Jackie chan has defeated Yamcha and qualified for the next round.

People cheered for the winner.
"That grandpa must be really strong to win like that against Yamcha," goku said.
"I am glad that I don't have to fight against him in the next round." kurullin said. At first, he was down because he was eliminated but seeing Yamcha being eliminated like that made him think that getting eliminated early isn't that bad at all.
"That was a complete loss on my part. I was helpless"
Yamaha said.

But their conversation was chopped off when the announcement for the third battle was made.

There he saw a village in the mountains. But the village was not in the best condition as the lack of water and the overheating destroyed all the food supply.
However, the villagers try to endure the problem by looking forward to the rainy season that is going to come soon but deep down they know that they won't last that long.
Nam finally has enough of seeing his friends and family suffering and volunteers himself to participate in the 21st world tournament to get the prize money to buy the water needed for them to survive.
With the help of everyone from the village, he was able to get enough money just to cover his travel expenses. Feeling indebted and thankful for him this tournament is a matter of life and death. In his mind, he either wins it or will die trying. Because to him losing is not an option.
"I see. I guess he is not from a gag manga then" master roshi said as he stopped reading his mind.
Nam stepped onto the stage. The battle to decide the strongest warrior under the heavens continued.
