Chapter 139: Everything is fair game

Someone arrived with a cure? Nicolas sat up in the bed frowning at the television above his room, it was impossible right? Didn't Raphaela say theres no cure?

He looked to his lap and realized the pain was mild now, not gone but manageable, he scanned the ward and saw it was either clear, or most nurses had their eyes on a television.

History was currently in the making and he was stuck here? Not anymore, not with Bella possibly going to be in the middle of it.

He got out of bed but winced, somehow its more painful when he moves alot, but on this hour he had to bare with it, somehow he had to track down Belladonna, where was she in all this?

Taking a last look around to see who notices him he quickly left the ICU, opted for the elevator since the stairs sounded a tad bit too painful.

And just like that he was out, in the street again, on his own though but still, not on someone's mission, not with someone for their ordeals, but for himself.
