Chapter 265: Wolf Witch

Upon approaching Woodside, August's eyes went wide. The rival packs had already pushed so far onto their land and there were so many of them. 

Lucas was right behind her and Graeme, awaiting orders from his superiors. 

"So far, they are only here at Woodside. They are not at any other part of the perimeter," he reported. "The rest of the dome has held, so they seem to be following the Luna's mother in." 

August frowned. Was this truly what Eliade had been working on all this time? Her mother? Her mother had been there, allowing herself to be used as an experiment in order to find her?

"Pull everyone from Lakeside for backup here," Graeme told him. "I need Meadow split into thirds. One third remaining at their posts in Meadow, one covering Lake, and one here for backup as well. I want our alyko to stay at the pack house guarding the pups and others who can't fight." 

"Yes, Alpha," Lucas said and tore off into the woods.
