Chapter 11: Chapter 11
Lux sat up, taking deep breaths. Everyone looked in shock. Ciaran saw him and quickly hugged him tightly. Lux wanted to hug back but the hug was too tight.
"Let go!" Lux mumbled.
Ciaran quickly let go and said, "Are you okay? Are you hurt?"
"No, thanks to you all. I'm fine," Lux said.
Lux quickly hugged Ciaran again, and Ciaran hugged back. The mermaids were relieved to see the boy alive again.
"Wasn't his shirt white?" the mermaid asked.
Ciaran looked at his shirt, seeing Lux's blood flowing out bit by bit.
"You wait here," Ciaran said.
Ciaran stood up and ran on the stones, back to his horse. He grabbed a shirt and bandages, then ran back again.
"Okay, I need you to hold up your shirt a bit. And I'm going to wrap these bandages around you, alright?" Ciaran said.
"Alright.." Lux turned red a bit.
The mermaids were gone by then, so they had their privacy.
Ciaran put on the bandage around Lux and gave Lux the extra shirt. Ciaran stood up and hopped on the stones again. Lux quickly changed and started running on the stones again to catch up with Ciaran.
"Here, just through this waterfall is the garden," Ciaran said.
Lux didn't believe it, but Ciaran walked into the waterfall. Lux thought for a while and followed Ciaran into the waterfall.
Everything went dark, then suddenly light shined into Lux's eyes.
Lux looked up to see a different world. "Welcome to Eldbotlds!" Ciaran shouted.
Lux's eyes widened to see a big grain field in front of him. Lux saw a puddle and saw a fish swimming in it. Lux couldn't believe what he was seeing. He bent down to touch it with his hands, and the water started flowing after one touch. Koi fish started swimming round and round under him. Lux was shocked when he saw it wasn't an illusion.
"Come on, let's go play!" Delia shouted, pulling Lux's hand.
