Chapter 108: An unexpected upgrade

With his eyes narrowed on the path ahead and his ears paying attention to every noise around him, Kevin slowly trudged through the snow. Sudden movements could attract the mysterious white creature, so he watched every step and kept his guard up at all times.

While Kevin made his way towards the glass dome, Guzman held position behind the broken-down car. His sniper rifle was resting on the car's hood and his left eye was glued to its scope. He would much rather take on a dozen Revenants than face that creature hiding in the shadows. It could jump on him at any moment and he would have no way of defending himself. 

'How does one fight something he cannot see? What kind of beast hunts machines?'
