Chapter 297: The Intruder II

Olivera stilled when she heard Raul speak in her mind, torn between answering him in that the same sarcastic tone of his, and giving the woman a piece of her mind.

Why had the strange woman dived at her? Was she trying to kidnap her?

"I know you heard me, Olivera. What is going on there? Where are you? Why is your heart rate spiking up? What's the danger?"

Olivera sighed again. If she answered Raul, then he would know that she was here, he would know that she knew of a secret room that he had no idea existed. She wasn't sure she wanted that to happen. He might ban her.

So, instead she ignored him, and refocused on the woman who was standing still as a statue, looking at Vee this time around; Vee who was standing between her and the latter.

"All this time, you were the one with the ring too? How had it gotten to your hand? Do you know how long the master has searched for this? How did you know of the ring and its powers?"
