'I kind of miss when he was still searching for her and our lives was simple,' Gina thought. Jahi becoming a slave was terrible but Gina disliked the unnecessary trouble Jahi was creating only because she believed foolish rumors about Amelia and Cyrus.
"It doesn't feel like anyone has been around her for hours," Edith said, rejoining the group with a body sword.
Gina wasn't concerned about the blood on Edith's sword. She was concerned with the blood around Edith's mouth as she bit into something but Gina would not dare ask. "What are we going to do about Jahi? If she's not here, where will she go? Does either of you know where Agramon resides? I don't hear about him sleeping in the castle."
