Before they reached the dining hall for dinner, Amelia felt Killian's arm she was holding onto tense up. 

"We have a guest," Killian informed her right before they turned to enter the room.

Amelia was curious about who was the first person making the first move to meet her. When they entered the room, she was confused by a man sitting at the end of the table opposite where Killian would sit. It wasn't where he sat but his appearance that shocked her.

When their eyes met, the stranger smiled at her like he was happy to see her. His cheerful expression reminded her of a puppy. Like many others, he didn't hide his short white hair and striking red eyes.
