"You betrayed me!" Ian sat high on the throne and watched me walk toward him. The violet eyes no longer emitted a scorching light but were replaced by a terrifying coldness. Only a few candles were lit in the hall, and under the dim candlelight, his gloomy face was reflected.

He wore a dark purple satin coat, and his back was against the throne. His hands were naturally placed on the golden armrests on both sides. At this moment, Ian was not wearing a crown, but he was undoubtedly the new king. There was no joy on his face. The coldness and majesty of his body caused the entire hall to sink into a deathly silence. He looked down at me from above with an unreadable facial expression.
