Nice story... It moves at a decent pace. The only drawback i feel is that he encounters opportunities way too easily. Apart from that, this is a great read...
Something refreshing with similarities from already existing system novels and the story progression is really interesting..... just don't let it be a harem which I think is already going in that direction, apart from that the interaction and character portrayals are great, just the translation seems to go haywire in a few places ................exp....[img=update]

I'm usually never on Webnovel anymore so take my words with a grain of salt. I've read the raws up to chapter 300 and the main thing that you'll recognize is the fact that there are no other generations other than the elder generation and the younger (mc's) generation. This is a big problem in many cultivation novels, especially when you have an event that decides the leader of the entire domain that takes place every 800 years, but only those who are under 30 can participate. This is incredibly illogical and I'm not sure why the author does this. Another thing to note is the absolute rizz that the mc has. Romance in this novel can be simplified into a plain harem, such that the process for love in this cultivation world only equates to 1. love for a man and 2. the man must be handsome and strong. It's not complex type of love, and it's for sure not uncommon, which is why this novel does it terribly when you realize all the rewards that the Mc gives (except for the disciples of the sect) are all women. The author has a personal bias, and although the gift-giving can be used as a plot device to instigate love, I would think that instead, a harem should involve a complex net of emotions that tie all the individuals involved together. This novel does not do that as of yet, and the women that are dao companions of the MC default to "he is so handsome and strong so he will get more women other than me" and completely accept it, without respite or jealousy, which I find unnatural and amusing. Last thing that saves this novel is the cheat, which is no different from any of the same kind, but with any cheat cultivation novels I enjoy it's about the same experience. Really all that matters to me is whether I enjoy the cheat, and I did, so it's alright. Still pretty garbage tho.

Honestly really like it in the beginning he gives everything to one disciple which sucks but i feel like later on its gonna change from what he started acting like later I feel like.

One of the better "compensation" trope novels out there. As others have mentioned, the story isn't particularly compelling and there’s a lack of any sort of plot. So if you’re here for that, best to walk away. However, if the reason to read this is the interest in the aforementioned trope, then the novel is good enough for consumption. Much better than all the other gutter trash that fills the "compensation" genre. The best way to define this would be "a bland compensation trope novel with not much going on, but with reasonable human beings as characters".
It's a fallo novel. so even I wanted to I can't read the raw chapter after 320... That's why I kinda hate fallo novel...😂😂 it's really annoying not even be able to read machine translation. Nothing new here just as usual story without any kind of rush . I read similar story like this one. still kinda enjoy this type . You can try it if you want.

A part of me wonders if this is a part of a conspiracy by scientists to test the limits of what Webnovel readers can read. If you're looking to be mildly entertained then I'm afraid this novel isn't for you since this isn't even capable of that, this novels greatest moments are lukewarm at best. There's not even a shred of originality to be found here, all we've got really is just a tepid rehash of the other 5 million "Critical Chance Multiplication" novels out there. It's hard to criticise the story or any other element of this novel really because they all feel non existent or blank, it isn't easy to dissect the novel equivalent to a sheet of white paper with some squiggly lines on it but I'ma try anyways. There is literally NO story. There is no world building (it's literally the same generic world you see in every other cultivation novel). There are no characters that aren't copypasted. This feels like reading a whole lot of nothing. If this novel was a spice, it'd be flour. I'd bet good money on me forgetting quite literally everything about this novel after I wake up tomorrow, this novel has been a mind numbingly forgettable experience. 0.5/5

Quite an enjoyable read, this novel is. I enjoy this type of theme, the critical return. It has been used in other novels, however I find each story, maybe similar, it delivers it’s own individuality for the reader to enjoy. So far only 20 trial chapters but I find myself wanting more to read. Hopefully it will be selected and be available for us to enjoy.
Typical for a novel of it's type. The physical setting is genuinely interesting, but that's countered by a boring plot - the MC walks around, giving valuables to his friends and stomping on his enemies, completely unopposed by anything remotely threatening.
