Chapter 23: Blood Moon Village

Jake's group reached their village without facing any problems...

Blood Moon Tribe — The village is small; houses are made of bamboo while the road remains potholed. The only thing that could be considered decent in the area was the home of the alpha and the council.

"Jake, wait... What about the alpha?" one of the members asked while looking at Red, who was still unconscious.

"I told you, we will tell him we saw a girl in the wood who was unconscious. That's all!" Jake firmly responded before turning away.

The group doesn't have a chance to respond to those remarks because Jake quickly turns around and leaves. But the fear in them remains, and their most concern is Drake Wood. 

"Do you think Drake will let this slide?"

"Knowing that bastard? I'm sure this is not the end..."

"That is right! So maybe we need to think of a way to escape the impending disaster!"

One of the members hit the one who spoke.
