Chapter 135: What Is He Up To?

As Mason read the text on his phone, he realized one thing. Whoever this person was, he definitely does know something, and he wasn't bluffing. There was only one person he could think of that could be behind this.

Ignoring his assistant who had walked into the office to tell him that it was almost time for his meeting, Mason grabbed his coat, and car keys and left the office.

"Mason, are you going out? The meeting is about to start," Trevor said to Mason as he saw him leaving.

"You would have to handle the meeting in my stead," Mason said without bothering to stop walking.

"Is there a problem?" Trevor asked as he caught up with Mason, and was now walking beside him.

"There is somewhere I need to be," Mason replied. "Tell the board members it's an emergency."

"Mason what.."

"I can't talk now, Trevor."
