Chapter 54: BREAKFAST

"What is wrong with looking a little bit comfortable in your own home?" Micah suggested. She didn't need to dress up if she didn't want to. It was not like they would be having an important person coming over for Hazel to doll herself up.

On the other hand, Hazel didn't reply to that for a few seconds. At last, she opened her eyes and looked at Micah with her grey eyes that looked like a pair of misty pools.

"Is this my home?" she asked sheepishly. She didn't dare to call the Webster family her home, because she didn't feel like she belonged in that place, but Micah easily told her that this was her home and she should act like she was at home.

"Is that even a question?" Micah replied, he pulled her closer and hugged her tighter. He knew exactly what Hazel was thinking right now, because he could see hopelessness and expectation in her eyes. "Everything is yours. You own me and whatever belongs to me, is yours as well."
