Ancient saiyan pros and cons.
Pro
Has a far greater physique than saiyans, allowing for enhanced stamina, healing factor, regeneration of ki , zenkai boost, life span, and S cell count production.
As an ancient saiyan their tail is not a weakness.
their Ozaroo transformation gives a 25x power boost. they don't need a constant supply of blutz waves to stay transformed. After transforming back they are not exhausted.
Con
Ki is slightly chaotic which in turns makes it harder to master.
Far more battle hungry than your average saiyan.

Pros
Has Enhanced healing factor.
During battles their power constantly grows, but only when transformed into a Legendary super saiyan.
Has great talent in fighting.
Legendary super saiyan transformations are far stronger than normal super saiyans.
Cons
Easy to anger, and very cruel to who they consider enemies.
Slightly chaotic ki.
Very hard to control the legendary super saiyan transformation.
