Chapter 94: Chapter 93- Attack and counterattack

Declan woke up early as usual and went jogging after putting on sweatpants and a t-shirt. Natasha greeted him as he walked down the stairs.

"Good morning. You wake up early."

Although her smile was friendly, Declan didn't like it.

"Good morning," he muttered dryly.

Natasha didn't mind such a cold response. She asked enthusiastically, "What do you like to eat? I am thinking about making breakfast."

Her words successfully pissed off Declan.

"Amy…" he shouted.

Natasha flinched and retreated, dumbfounded and scared at the same time.

Amy burst through the door from the backyard. "Yes, sir." She trembled in the face of his rage. She couldn't figure out what she had done to irritate him so early in the morning.

"What are you doing?" He snapped. "Are you exhausted working here? If you are not willing to work, just tell me. I will pay the balance and release you."

"No, no… Sir. I am not tired. I was…"
