CHAPTER 594

"I'd love that," Andromeda replied, a genuine smile in her voice while hiding the need to laugh when she heard a complaint from Xu Fang through the phone. 

"Great, I'll see you then."

"Sounds like a plan," Andromeda agreed. "Take care."

"You too," Liu Xueyi added before hanging up the phone.

He let out a sigh he hadn't realised he was holding. The conversation had been pleasant enough, but there was an undercurrent of tension that Liu Xueyi couldn't quite shake. 

He couldn't help but wonder if Andromeda had seen Ru Renshu's post and if it had affected her in any way, or this time, made her call.

"Ahem!" Xu Fang cleared his throat seconds after Liu Xueyi was done making his call.

He had managed to hold on and just scream, 'What...what about me?', during his phone call and kept quiet later on.

Now that the latter was not so busy, the stares sent his way left Liu Xueyi speechless.
