Chapter 357: No More Than A Child.

"Are you okay? Are you able to breathe now?" asked Tavern for the hundredth time when Ophi wanted to scold him but when she glanced at his worried face and red eyes with stains of tears, her face softened and she nodded her head.

"Yes, I am fine and though it is painful it is not that much that I can not walk." she assured him once again but he did not look convinced at all.

Her face was still pale and the marks on fingerprints on her neck were reminding him of his incompetence.

"Let me help you." He did not wait for her to accept when he held her by her waist and took her in his arms.

His eyes were still dim when she sighed. Even when he was helping her, he did not look convinced that she was fine but felt that she was just saying to make him feel better.

"I have a horse parked nearby. We have to go and meet your brother as soon as possible." he warned when she frowned.
