Since there are thousands of Elemental Stones in the master's storage space, it is the most suitable evolution for the Rockwing Butterfly.

Elemental Harmonizer: It is a mid-level beast that can control and manipulate four elements simultaneously, weaving them together in harmony. It is mostly useful in maintaining the Beast Habitat by manipulating the four elements. Since it is a support-type beast, its combat power is weak.

For mass evolution, the Master could place the pile of Elemental Stones on the ground and let the Rockwing Butterflies inside those Elemental Stones before injecting the 10 units of God Energy into each Rockwing Butterfly individually.
