Chapter 57: Union

"You do know this union would never work, or are you just denying the fact?" Arijit stared at the woman in front of him. His eyes gauging her every expression. Just like other women, she was only acting polite because of who he was. 

""Everyone wants us to get married, don't you think we should fulfill their wishes, Arijit?" She kept a calm composure all the while. 

He rose his brows before letting out a chuckle.

"Everyone? From what I remembered, I have not heard a word about this from my father nor does my sister have the slightest idea who you are," 

"As you can see, I'm busy so be quick." He added, pointing towards the files on the table.

"You need your sister's approval?" She asked, and Arijit nodded. 

"If she does not approve of you, I'm afraid we cannot get married." He said with a smirk and he saw her eyes lit up.
