Chapter 29: SELF-DESTRUCT

"Oh. You're the woman who came to Batangas with my brother," Annalise greeted her, so she just smiled.

"Hi…" Leona uttered.

"Hello."

"Is your brother home?" She couldn't help but ask with shame.

"He went to work," Annalise answered her which made her nodded.

"Can you tell me where he works?" Leona asked Annalise again and just smiled at her.

Meanwhile, Adan stared blankly at the woman in front of him now. Her hair was disheveled, and her eyes were pale, she seemed drunk. She had been staring at him before and seemed to have no intention of speaking, so he just stared at Amelia. He has no plans to talk to her anymore.

What is this woman doing here?
