3rd Person's Pov

'One has to be punished for their sins. She will once again be put to trial at the hands of the goddess who punishes all beings.'

'One can never survive or yet be turned away. For this is the last trial one has to face.'

"No! No!" She reached out her hands wanting to save one but it was too late to even grab the life hanging from a thread.

The lady immediately woke up in a deep sleep, bathing in her own sweat. She held her chest that contained rummaging of beats as if she was the one being put to trial.

She trembled and huffed for air to breathe, and didn't know what she had seen. A trial in front of the goddess. She had yet to calm down until she saw a book sitting on her lap.

There was nothing written on the book's cover, and yet out of curiosity, she opened it and it lightened up as if it was noon. Words quickly appeared as she read.
