Chapter 384: CH. 381: Nothing Suspicious Has Happened

When Heather returned home, Cyrus was already there.

He had wished to go with her but he had a meeting today where she insisted she would be fine on her own.

Especially since the meeting is about the expansion abroad, that will bring Porter Medicines to higher grounds. It has already started for a few years now but this meeting is more important such that this will solidify its standing overseas.

How can she let him accompany her over such a small matter when a much more important one was on his plate?

"You're early," she commented.

He was waiting in the living room with Troyce, the child was looking up at his father while giggling before looking around once again, enjoying the height he was at.

"Oh is my baby fond of heights?" Heather approached the father and son.

She planted a kiss on Troyce's cheeks before giving Cyrus a short kiss.

"How did it go?" he asked her.
