The woman looked at Susan carefully and remembered that this doctor was quite famous more than a year ago due to what happened with Cyrus Porter.

Her first feeling of being grateful that Susan protected her child, changed to indifference upon realizing the difference between Susan and the rest of the medical personnel she was having squabbles with.

Seeing the change in her eye, Susan bit the inside of her cheek.

She knew everything was still about standing in the community.

She knew full well but she had forgotten due to the professionalism of the people in this hospital.

In the end, no matter how professional the rest are, the patients aren't the same.
