Chapter 56: Farewells

Kenny looked into space as he hear her phone ring and when his phone vibrated signalling to him that she has picked up. He smiled and waited for her to talk but she didn't. "Seriously, you were sleeping?" He asked, she was sleeping while he was under the sun enduring the heat.

"I couldn't help it, I just fell asleep," she answered.

"How do you feel then?" He asked.

"Bothered, just wanted to ask you. Is sex that good to get people crazy?" She asked.

Kenny bit his lower lip and lowered his head. He stared at the phone the same way he'd have stared at Mona. "Do you want to experience it?" He asked.

"I don't, it's so painful," he heard her say and a sad smile curled up on his lips.

"Your first experience might not be what it really feels like," he tried to make sense.

"Kenny. . . I. . . it's painful," she made that tone so he changed the topic.

"It is good if you want it but let's forget about that, did you like the house?"
