Chapter 47: A different side of the devil

"What are you doing here? Can't you see I want to take a nap?" I sat on my bed.

"Get up from there, and go take your bath. The others will be out by now." The devil said in a gruff voice. He sounded like a person who just woke up.

"I'm not taking my bath. You are going on a hunt with the females? Go ahead with it. Why must I be involved?"

"I think you don't want to know what I will do to you."

"You won't do anything." I scoff, "just go ahead with the other—"

I felt myself being raised from the bed. However, it wasn't like Bel's.

Instead, I felt a choking sensation on my neck. I struggled, as the invincible hand around my neck closed in tighter.

Should I say I saw stars, that was an understatement.

I saw my life displayed right in front of me.

"When you are giving an instruction, you do it." The devil who has gone completely white said in a deep voice.

Stop!

I shouted in my mind as I tried to kick the force holding my neck.
