Chapter 205: A small getaway- II

Once again, Joyce was the first one to open her eyes in the morning. She was a week before her husband, even though it was well into the day. She had woken up at half past twelve.

Slowly, getting out of the bed, she went out of the room while picking up the shirt that had been discarded by her husband, the night before or rather in the early hours of the morning.

Joyce had decided that they had to get up any moment now, because if they kept on sleeping, they would have a difficult time sleeping again at night.

Surprisingly, and thankfully, at the same time, the kitchen had been fully stocked with the materials she needed for almost everything.

Sometimes the ability of her husband to see things in the future came handy.

She prepared a full English breakfast for him. Focusing extra on eggs and the spinach that he loved eating together. She grilled the sausages and kept them a little spicy just as he lied before flipping the fluffy pancakes that were not too sweet.
