Unfortunately, there was one downside to the morning and it was they still had to have breakfast together, because well Charles got them home in time. If he had been half an hour late, then they would have taken breakfast and gone after changing.
Alas, this would mean confrontation.
The clothes that Charles had arranged for her consisted of a turtleneck sweater which was quite thin and loosely fitted pants upon which she just threw up a blazer and a small heart necklace.
Finding her look to be complete after wearing the shoes along with it, she moved to the dining room where breakfast was going to be served.
It was only Adrian and her.
"Good morning again," his eyes went over her outfit. "I thought you would change."
Change? Why? This was a good outfit, professional and comfortable. "Is this not okay?"
Adrian shook his head. "It is."
Then she did not see the problem. to him and with her then why did she need to be changing her clothes?
