Chapter 449: I am scared

Bai Liyue was taken aback when she saw Qin Yufeng crying in pain. She could see the tears streaming down his face, and his body was trembling with fear. She had never seen him like this before, and it left her confused and worried.

She wondered what kind of a nightmare he was having that could cause him so much distress. She tried to comfort him by placing her hand on his shoulder, but he continued to cry out in fear.

"Don't...." he cried repeatedly.

Feeling helpless, Bai Liyue decided to shake him gently to wake him up. She didn't want to startle him, but she knew she had to do something to help him. "Qin Yufeng, wake up! Wake up! It's just a nightmare. Wake up!"

It didn't work. 

Having no other option, she looked around the room. Her gaze fell upon the nightstand, and she noticed a jar of water placed neatly on it. She reached for the jar of water, and as she opened the lid, she sprinkled some water on his face.
