Chapter 175: Epilogue

Arabella's POV

It was the scariest day of my life. My entire body froze when I heard the gunshot over the phone, and I knew Tyler got hit. The love of my life was shot, and I almost lost consciousness, but I needed to be strong for Anika.

I left Anika and my mother in the care of Bianca. I went to the port and boarded the ferry going to the island. Neil assured me Ty's condition was stable and asked me to stay on the mainland for my safety.

But I needed to be with Tyler. I was crying as I got inside the ICU. The surgery was successful, but he was still unconscious, and I couldn't stop crying and blamed myself.

"I am sorry, my love," I mumbled as I took his cold hand.

"Please, Ty, fight for us. I love you so much, and I don't know what to do without you. You can't leave us; it would be so unfair. We promised to grow old together, and I will wait for you, Ty." I added and stayed by his side until visiting time was over.
