Chapter 8: mysterious woman
Yuji looks around and then swims towards the surface.
He sticks his head out of the water and takes a deep breath. Then he looks around frantically.
He sees a land line a little away from him. He swims in its direction.
It is a small island. It took Yuji an hour to swim to it. He arrives at the beach of the island, and with his last strength pulls himself out of the water onto the warm sand.
He lies on his back for a while and sleeps a little. He has a strange dream.
The dream is only colors that shine again and again. After the colors have stopped, a black shadow appears. He starts talking to Yuji, but Yuji can't understand a single word.
Then he wakes up again and startles, he looks around. Then he falls down on his back.
He takes a deep breath and then stands up. He looks out to sea and hopes that he can think of something. But nothing.
Then he turns around and runs into the interior of the island. Inside the island are trees and shrubs.
Yuji fights his way through until he comes to a small shrine. The shrine looks very old.
The shrine almost falls apart, Yuji walks slowly towards the shrine. The closer he gets to the shrine, the more difficult it becomes for him.
He can almost not move but with his last strength he manages to touch it.
He puts his hand on the shrine, at the same moment the shrine starts to glow purple.
Yuji takes a few steps back and holds his arm in front of his face so he can see what is happening.
After the light disappears, a trap door opens in front of the shrine. "What is this?
Yuji looks down into the trapdoor and hopes that he can see something.
Ok f**k it, he thinks and jumps into the trapdoor.
It doesn't take long before he hits the ground. It is so dark that he can't even see his own hand.
He looks up and sees the little bit of light falling through the trapdoor. Yuji tries to feel his way around.
After a while, he finds a notch in the wall that he feels his way along. He puts his hand into the notch.
In the corridor where Yuji is now, torches are lit on both sides.
Yuji steps back a little from the wall. He turns around and looks behind him. Behind him he can't see the end of the corridor.
Okay, which way do I go now, I can't see the end in either direction.
Yuij ponders for a while, then decides to just keep walking straight ahead and not turn around and walk in another direction.

It's been an hour now. Do I think so? I don't have any sense of time anymore, but if I turn around now it has to run all the way back.
Growl" Growl"
Yuji almost touches his stomach. I haven't eaten for a long time now either. But that's how I'm supposed to get something to eat or drink here.
Yuji just keeps on running, he runs until he is lying on the floor and just
still pulls forward with his hands.
Now all his strength leaves him, his eyes close. He fights with all his might but in the end he loses the fight.
His eyes close and Yuji lies motionless on the floor.
When Yuji faints, a black shadow appears. The shadow feels Yuji's pulse and then lifts him up and disappears with him.
The lights go out and it becomes pitch black again in the tunnel.
When Yuji regains consciousness, he opens his eyes and looks into the face of a beautiful woman with snow-white hair.
She smiles at Yuji and says, "Hello, good morning."
Yuji jumps up and says, "Who are you?" He jumps up and takes two steps backward, pressing his back against the wall.
The woman looks at Yuji questioningly.
"What's wrong? Did you have a bad dream?
"I am Ella Qia and who are you?
Yuji musters all his strength and says. His body is still very weak.
"I am Yuji...where am I?
Yuji looks around the room. In the room there is only a bed and a big mirror.
"You are at home with me. She smiles at Yuji. She walks a few steps towards Yuji. Then she reaches out and puts her hand on his shoulder.
She looks deep into his eyes and asks. "What power do you have, I have never felt such a power.
She moves her mind very close to Yuji's, whispering in his ear," she tells me.
Then she blows in his ear.
"What are you doing?" Yuji blushes like a tomato.
"Hehe..."
Ella just laughs and turns around and opens the room door and leaves the room.
She slides the door behind her and slides it again.
Yuji is now standing alone in the room and has no idea what just happened.
"what was that?"
Yuji looks around the room. Then he sits down on the bed and looks out the window across from him.
He can't see much because there is a tree right in front of the window.
Yuji gets up and walks to the window, he looks down to see what floor he is on.
He looks down and sees nothing. "Where am I?
It's like Yuji is looking into a black hole.
"what is this place?"
He turns around and runs towards the door. He opens the door and runs into a wall.
"huh...what's going on here."
Yuji bangs the wall but nothing happens. Yuji is in despair. He lies down with his back on the bed and looks at the ceiling.
What kind of house is this, and the woman. She wanted to know what kind of power I had. Could it be that she knows about the power of the shadow dragon?
