Lord Menarx of ruby scales was certainly not the center of attention, as dazzling as his appearance was, the council had seen him many times before and could not be so shocked at his arrival.

Instead, the attention of the entire council was fixed on Neveah who stood beside Menarx, and not just standing but her attire was much different than usual.

A rider's dress was an attire that could be identified on sight, every other rider on the council wore a somewhat similar attire with the same unique fabric but in different styles and colors.

It was not an attire that could be worn by just anyone and what was above all else was the color Neveah wore.
