Chapter 42: Saying Lot And Nothing

"Stop messing around, Cherry," he said softly and stood up pulling up his briefs. "Did the fever fry your brain?" he placed his hand on her forehead. 

"Whose brain is fried?" Rory pushed his hand away. He used to be very interested in getting her to "kneel in front of him" in the past, but now he could easily say no to her. 

Well, she hated doing it in the past. She still does not have a great interest in it. Liam was very interested in it. At one point, that was all he talked about at night. But her aversion to it caused a rift between them during their final year of University. 

It pissed her off. She blamed him for not understanding her and he blamed her for not even trying. It was then his eyes started wandering off. They had a big fight one night. The next day, she broke the fight offering to do what he wanted from her. 

That smile on his face… She rarely sees him that happy.
