Chapter 87: A New Role

***ALEX'S POV***

"Scarlet? Are you OK?" I heard someone call out to me the moment that I fell to the ground. I guess I had been walking through the woods and I tripped. Or rather the character that I was now ended up falling when I landed inside of her.

"Uh, yeah, I think so." I shook my head as I looked up. There was a little boy, maybe nine years old standing in front of me. He had bright red hair and looked at me worriedly. "I just stumbled, that is all."

"Are you sure, sissy?" Another little kid, this one a five year old little girl, called out to me. She also had bright red hair.

"Scarlet, we need to hurry." Another boy, maybe fourteen, reached a hand out toward me. "We need to get back home before it's dark."

"Hmm." I looked up at him and his equally bright red hair.
